When CSECreditUnion works it’s sub par. It’s constantly down for undisclosed reasons. There’s no convenient way to use the credit union and they match the experience with an app.
It kept telling me to use dark background. It was on a black background!
My app won’t work. I just did the update and now this is nothing once you click on CSECreditUnion . This is horrible! Very disappointed and angry. Can’t do my banking
Requires log in information way too many times. If you leave app to use calculator or anything.
Also too many steps when transferring money.
Also old app was much more user friendly. Easier to view information and with ease
Please add mobile check deposit functions
All that is needed is to be able to view the previous checks written like other bank apps. Also electronic payment is slow. I used it once but It took a week for payment to be delivered. Other banks deliver payment in one or two days.
No option to describe transactions such as when an internal transfer is made. Very frustrating weeks later when you don’t remember what it was for.
App crashed and couldn’t restart even after a reboot. Required delete and reinstall to fix. It will be nice if you can add a feature to apply payments towards a mortgage principal, this feature is not available, many banks have the this feature available. Adding this feature will save a unnecessary trip to the bank!
Only gave it 4 stars due to NO mobile deposit feature!

Was ok for a long time but started 3-months or so ago it had been unable to login or logged in but showing a white screen Or shut down immediately
So easy to use. Much faster than using the web to log in.

Nice app, but very badly need a check deposit ability, like other banks.
