I keep trying to sign in to my account but it won't let me, either on my IPad or android phone, even when I try to update my subscription it won't respond to the next step.

I keep trying to retrieve my password. I get directed to change account. I try to put to put in new password. Every time it says put in current password.

- Too many ads (2-5 ads for 30 seconds each before starting program, 4-5 ads every 3-7 minutes)
