Downloaded InsideTracker to my iPhone but it doesn’t open past the login screen and keeps erroring out. Tried many times and deleted and reinstalled InsideTracker but to no avail. Trying to get my this app orders fixed too since I made a mistake when ordering my plans but customer service is slo... Show more w to respond and it hasn’t been corrected in my account even after they replied and said they corrected my orders. Beginning to regret signing up for this app. The only reason I tried it was because of Dr. Sinclair recommending it but it seems it is not ready for prime time.

I have turned off the daily notifications every day for the past 2 weeks and yet InsideTracker keeps sending me notifications daily at 8pm. Fix it!

Show more ff (at least a dozen times), and yet the next day I still get the notification. When I go back into settings, everything is turned back on. So to be clear, even after following your exact steps, the next day somehow InsideTracker resets to send the annoying notification. I was forced to delete bc it’s annoying (yes it’s the little things)

The science-back data is helpful and provides nice insights and action items for your daily health. However, they really need someone to relook at InsideTracker . There are either missing or poorly thought out features:

1. FaceID/password needs to go. I don’t want to log in every single time... Show more I’m opening InsideTracker to track my day. It’s annoying and unnecessary. Imagine having to log in every time you want to add something to your calendar.

2. Offline capability. App isn’t functional in places where I might use it w/o internet - e.g., plane, hiking, skiing, etc.

3. Buggy. One bug that bothers me the most is when I check off a goal and then go back to InsideTracker after an hour, and I’m logged off and the goal is unchecked. If I can’t trust that InsideTracker will record my progress, what’s the point?

I emailed them 6 months ago about these issues (among others) and stopped using InsideTracker for a while. Came back and nothing has been fixed. We’ll see if they survive. Based on the volume of promos/discounts they spam me with, looks like they are desperately trying to keep users.

You have to be kidding me? I just signed up for the service and was excited to install InsideTracker only to see no option to connect to apple health or the watch. That’s insane. No Apple health support, let alone Apple Watch support so after paying for blood work, harassed about paying for another health device. The constant reminders/upwelling of parts I didn’t pay for. I’ve tried multiple times to connect my Garmin but with no success. Every time I try it gives me a “ReCaptcha error”. Also, with the latest updates, I can’t go back and select an action I did for a particular day if I forgot to enter it the first time around.

At first I got alot of benefit, I uploaded my DNA and blood test results and got some effective advice, found out that I had borderline high cholesterol and lowered it thanks to InsideTracker and its recommendations.

Then I wanted to go further and was looking at fitbit but I got a Oura rin... Show more g, and then found out that it doesn’t integrate, and there is no option to manually punch in the data points. Seems like a manual input for sleep data shouldn’t be that tough to program in.

And then, for the last month, InsideTracker was working very slowly when selecting daily tasks, and now I can’t select any at all, it simply stopped working and I’ve even deleted InsideTracker and uploaded it again, still nothing.

Finally I went to LabCorp for another draw and uploaded the results, but it’s still not updated in InsideTracker after a week, so I think InsideTracker just stopped working, though it still sends me reminders to check in, but the functionality in InsideTracker won’t allow for me to check in anymore.

It was very useful for the first few months though, I’m sure I must have lowered my biological age.

When deciding on purchasing the this app bloodwork I understood from the press release that garmin, Fitbit and apple health integration was supported. Was not able to test until completing bloodwork (because InsideTracker locks you out). After completing bloodwork I was saddened to see apple heal... Show more th is not an option so my Apple Watch cannot get RHR or HRV data in. Double sad face because garmin also does not allow wiring of these values from AH to Garmin so as far as I can tell there is no workaround available for users like me who use use Apple Watch even though I am willing to run data through third party or even key data in manually. Just nothing…

Update 3/24: the startup crash issue is fixed. Really surprised it was released to begin with - makes me wonder about the QA and testing process in a company that handles a lot of personal and sensitive data.

I was excited to get Inside Tracker yesterday as recommended by one of my health guru’s. I entered my blood tests manually and uploaded my 23andMe DNA results. InsideTracker worked for 1 day, I was able to check off all the recommendations. But today it won’t let me check in. Everything is greyed ... Show more out. I edited my plan and changed my goal to refresh my action plan. But nothing. Everything is still greyed out. I can’t check in or check off any of the recommendations. Is this a glitch in the software? Or is it me? I’ve tried everything. Even searched all the FAQ’s on the website and blogs. Please help!

It must take a while for InsideTracker to refresh, because about 24 hours later I was was able to check in and it has been working ever since.

My next question, is how to enter sleep data? I use a wearable that doesn’t integrate with Apple Health or Inside Tracker and I would like the ability to enter the sleep metrics manually. Is that possible?

InsideTracker only makes it that much easier, as all of my results, recommendations, and more are in one area. InsideTracker is extremely easy to use, And never gives me any glitchy difficulties!

I signed up for Inside tracker in early November 2021. I had my blood drawn at... Show more a local lab and few days later I had my results (values for 43 biomarkers) and a personalized list of recommendations for improving the biomarkers that needed improvement. For 3 months I faithfully tracked which of the 20 items on my checklist I did each day to improve my overall wellness. This system worked great through Sunday, Feb 6. However, since Monday, February 7, InsideTracker will not allow me to check anything off my daily list in spite of InsideTracker reminding me every evening to log in and update my day’s activities. I reported this to this app support on Monday and to their credit, they quickly responded with a couple of things for me to try. I tried them and nothing worked. I sent them screenshots and have emailed them daily since then but I have not received any response since then. InsideTracker is 100% useless until they get around to fixing it.

I love that I can see the last decade of results and correct the trends that would likely have shortened my lifespan. There’s nothing like this program. It’s like having a dashboard for your body.

I've been an this app user for years, and InsideTracker totally levels up on everything I was getting from them, which was already pretty freaking awesome. Really looking forward to using this long-term to stay the course.
