Close and restart the NEXT app on iPhone
Update NEXT app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall NEXT iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix NEXT on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve NEXT network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent NEXT app issues:

Force Stop the NEXT App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click NEXT app. » click "Force Stop".

Update NEXT to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NEXT App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "NEXT app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch NEXT.

Fix NEXT unable to contact server/ NEXT internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click NEXT » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got NEXT » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NEXT on android.
