Close and restart the Bullet Echo app on iPhone
Update Bullet Echo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Bullet Echo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Bullet Echo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Bullet Echo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Bullet Echo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Bullet Echo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Bullet Echo » click [Force Stop]

Update Bullet Echo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bullet Echo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Bullet Echo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Bullet Echo.

Fix Bullet Echo unable to contact server/ Bullet Echo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Bullet Echo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Bullet Echo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
