Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SimClimat app issues:

Force Stop the SimClimat App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SimClimat app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SimClimat to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SimClimat App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SimClimat app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SimClimat.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SimClimat » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got SimClimat » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".

About this app

This application can for example be used to make climate projections with different scenarios of greenhouse gas emissions, to study the mechanisms and feedbacks involved in current global warming or in past climatic variations (glacial-interglacial variations, past glaciations, snow-ball earth) or to compare the climate of different planets. The user can test the influence of various parameters influencing the climate, such as astronomical parameters, the composition of the atmosphere, continental alteration, volcanism or human greenhouse gas emissions. Its user-friendly interface allows the user to run climate simulations at different time scales. The results pertaining to global surface temperature, sea level, ice sheet exent and atmospheric composition are displayed as curves and drawings. this app is an educational application to simulate the climate of the Earth and of other planets.
