Y’all still need to work on doing mobile deposit tired of taking same picture 12 times to get it to go thru
The only reason I even have Parda is so that I can make mobile deposits. But just like the previous version, the mobile deposit functionality in this version is a joke.
Some developer who doesn’t know what they’re doing is toying around with artificial intelligence, attempting to have the system determine whether you have endorsed checks properly. Stop monkeying around with amateurs and hire a real professional to fix your pathetic app.
Won’t let me deposit checks
The new look is very nice. The mobile deposit is very finicky. I used to be able to take the front and back picture, submit and it would go thru. Now it works about 25% of the time. I follow the instructions and try different lighting.
Once I was able to set it up, it works very good. Easy to access everything. Including texting to associates. Thank you.🤗
The old app was ok but really hard to use quickly. This new app is way faster at getting you to where you need. I’d say comparable to apps of larger banks like Huntington.

I tried to deposit this check on 12/29/20 but it didn’t show up on my statement so I’m trying again. Please make sure I didn’t deposit it twice. Thank you
