The app keeps shutting down suddenly

I have purchased ChatPDFbackupmessagestoPDF but it keeps shutting down suddenly and doesn't complete the task. I hope this gets fixed.

Does not work

Paid for ChatPDFbackupmessagestoPDF and it dies not work,I keep getting an error about debugging in sending an email.

Only works with WhatsApp texts.

You can only export chats in WhatsApp not from standard Apple text icon
