I was # 1 on waitlist 4 spots opened during the day and when I tried to book it was already booked. The waitlist should not be numbered if anyone from the list or the club can take the spot before the next in line.

Former fitness room spaciousness is extreme overkill causing hike across campus for weight training. Place is also so desolate of former membership that it’s depressing & demotivating to be there. Only value is in classes. Concept of reserving space in classes via app is good & helpful, but everyone being locked into same 45 minute blocks precludes any possible use of indoor pool after morning kid care because aqua class then shuts down entire pool. 2 lanes opening each 15 minutes would help. Not interested in complex pool. Too cold and also requires a hike across campus, this time both wet and cold. Not seeing any relationship between lack of towel service and Covid issues. It’s a respiratory pathogen and staff is using masks & gloves to attend to small towels. Does a virus inhabit big towels easier than smaller towels?

I am so impressed with my personal trainer, Sandy. She has opened up a whole world of enjoyable exercise. I am lifting weights I never thought possible. I follow that with one of the best yoga teachers ever…Mary. Her class is mixed of many levels and many ages. She reaches each one of us and encourages all to do their best. The facility is spotless and your team will do everything in their power to assist you. Thank you for your excellence in providing an outstanding facility, even having to deal with Covid.

The culture is amazing, the club is not up to the status of much of the members. Pool and all jacuzzi’s are over crowded and suspect health issues. The tubs are not full of water 85% of the time and subordinates are not proactive in maintaining level and makes us suspect of proper chemicals.Board of Health issues are not what we want. Especially in NJ.
There must be a team approach and hourly maintenance at peak times. Serious stuff not addressed after I bring to management attention at least 10 times annually

Unique place. With the purchase by Pegasus the cleaning crew is much better and supervised well. The equipment has had some upgrade. Overall it was better pre Pegasus but I’m fine.

A significant improvement to the old app. more access to services and sub routines for membership. one drawback is the access to account balance and individual transactions charged to account. old app was imbedded as an option, now, must access the “web” page through app as a subroutine. preferred the former!
but, now booking classes, racquetball, etc. is streamlined !!

…for the instruction and positive vibes The Atlantic Club Downtown has provided. Being a member has been the one deciding factor in my fitness journey because it is a comfortable and beautiful gym filled with enthusiastic and incredibly skilled instructors. They know what they are doing.

The light blue type on a dark blue background, cannot be 508 compliant, hard to read and also tiny. The back arrows are hardly visible in the pictures they have placed in the headers.

I definitely use the club and enjoy many facilities there. The instructors are very positive and knowledgeable. Its one of tge best parts of my day.
Than theres the wear on the club is very important Needs repair
New body pump songs are horrible and not for the crowd. It has always been a classy club

I absolutely love Kathy’s class! She makes all feel welcome! She is just so enthusiastic &positive! It’s wonderful to be back in one of her classes👍👏🥰

Instructors are all good or great, all equipment works perfectly and all spaces are clean. Very comfortable and spacious.

this place is amazing

Atlantic club has exceeded all of my expectations! Offers everything and anything for your fitness goals and heart healthy living. My kiddos love the racquet ball courts and the family swim. Great bonding experience (they leave their phones in the car👍). Thank you Marie Bokay!

The hit classes in the field house were second to none. Huge step down going to a tiny space in the new area with no sprint space, no sleds, no box jumps , no steps, the list goes on and on. There was no input to the design of the space from your trainers or customers. Big fail with short sighted mindset and a clear money grab.

This is a great club! Awesome people, very helpful and attentive staff, plenty of new equipment and weights, super clean, great locker room w/ sauna and steam rooms and conveniently located. If you’re looking for a gym to join, this is it!!
