When you sign up it asks for your cell number. I tried TWO DIFFERENT CELL NUMBERS from two different phones and neither one would work! Then I even tried my home number and that wouldn’t work either! You should allow us to sign up with our email or something.
I’m not able to participate in any conversations through BezzyType2Diabetes. I guess it’s because I have no internet or WiFi connection. I asked a question the other day but no replies. I have a dr who never calls me back and I get better response from 2 close friends who are dealing with the same issues.
I was able to sign up and start browsing groups and messages. All of a sudden it crashed and now BezzyType2Diabetes won’t load again. I’ve tried a few times to restart it but still doesn’t load. Oh well, will be uninstalling😒
Once I started the “join” process, I was so put off by having to give so much information, starting with my phone number, which they used to text me a code number, that I decided this is not for me.
Yes, I understand that social media is involved with BezzyType2Diabetes, but with no way to preview, that I could see, any of what goes on once I’ve joined, I have decided to opt out.
I used BezzyType2Diabetes for a few weeks on my ipad, when I went to use my phone, I couldn’t sign in, after a finding my email domain was missing a letter, I tried to contact the developer to either correct the entry or create a new user I’d, after an iOS update I have been unable to use BezzyType2Diabetes again as it has stored my phone number on an account I can’t access. Dev still hasn’t contacted me after more than a week since I was locked out. The folks using BezzyType2Diabetes are positive and supportive. Wish I could have continued, but I’ll find another group with real developer supporting it. Thanks for the good times.
When I type a long message into the message box using iPhone 12 mini my lines of type soon disappear beneath the onscreen keyboard. I can use my fingers to pull the message box upward but as soon as I let go, or even before, the box disappears beneath the keyboard again. So I can’t fix typos or reread what I just wrote. Please fix this. It is extremely frustrating and infuriating. I don’t like BezzyType2Diabetes because of this.
I was looking forward to finding a community that provided information and support. In the few times that I have posted anything, I’ve been lectured or given advice that is totally unresponsive to my question. Instead of finding a supportive community, what I’ve seen is zealots who dish out medical advice without a medical license.
From a technical standpoint, BezzyType2Diabetes may be OK. I find the community to be not particularly helpful.
I am still checking out this application to see it will help me . I am open to see more in what you offer . So i am still looking right now .
I love the concept of BezzyType2Diabetes. All the people are great and the support from members is phenomenal! But that being said BezzyType2Diabetes itself needs a lot of help. I don’t receive notifications like I should it’s all over the map sometimes yes most times no. There are glitches like you hit on a notification and it goes to a blank screen and sits and flashes. And finally don’t try to search for anything because that is disorganized at best. I went to look for a past post because I needed more information on it a it was nowhere to be found. I had things come up from years ago but never found what I was looking for and that was only posted a few weeks ago. I hope the developers can fix these problems because it would be the most awesome app ever. But am still very grateful for the support of the members.
Great idea, sorely needed as millions have this disease and we need a way to communicate with others.
Interface I kind of a kludge. Threading could be better, no central notifications section for new posts for subscribed groups, somewhat limited.
Kudos to the author for putting this together. I’ll continue to use it.
When I close an article that I have received through notifications I am unable to save it, or find the article to read at a later time. This is very frustrating.
Like so many companies, they got cutesy with their branding and spent lots of time, money, and energy that could have been used in more meaningful ways.
Hi! I am unable to signup! Any help?
I have hope I can get off these medications for diabetes. If the disease doesn’t kill me the meds will
It great to have a network that understands and support you? No judgement ❤️😍
