- The option to change outfits for special occasions is no longer available after the first season.

- The app does not allow the user to search for genres in text stories.

- One reviewer cannot go back on the story after a certain number of chapters without VIP.

- The ultimate experience requires VIP, which can be annoying.

- The app can malfunction and cause the user to lose money without any contact information for the developers to troubleshoot.

Hi! I have a question. So the app never gives me free keys anymore.Seems as though there is a timer but I never gets keys and the timer never goes down. Just wondering if there is an issue. Thanks

How to fix Scandal app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Scandal app on iPhone
Update Scandal app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Scandal iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Scandal on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Scandal network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Scandal Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Scandal not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Scandal App
1. On android, goto Settings » Scandal » click [Force Stop]

Update Scandal to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Scandal App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Scandal » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Scandal.

Fix Scandal unable to contact server/ Scandal internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Scandal » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Scandal » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
