1 year agoI am requesting a full refund for a flight that was cancelled. Booking number was ABNJGH flying out of John Wayne Airport on Aug. 19, and returning Aug. 21. The names on the booking were Larry and Kevin McGrew. The total amount of the booking was $1,396.00 and this is the amount I want back as a refund on the credit card used. They missed an event because of the cancellation and were EXTREMELY frustrated and angry about the whole ordeal.

2 years agoFlew with my 96 year old mother, Joann Lang, on flt 500 on 3/31/22 White Plains to Miami and flt 501 Miami to White Plains on 4/3/22. The people in White Plains were terrific. The people in Miami were horrible. They put us in the last row which was hard for my mother. They told us they would provide her a wheel chair and let her board early. They called for everyone to board at the same time. They couldn't have cared less when I complained that they not only didn't forgot the early boarding promise but also failed to have a wheel chair available. The people on the ground were rude and offered only very insincere apologies. My mother had to walk a long way. We were not happy with the Miami crew.

Terrible
First time getting a flight with this company and can’t even check into my flight. Once I locate my flight, and try to check in it always says error. Okay whatever I’ll just try again but no now it doesn’t even load my flight anymore and then it just stays on the loading circle. Once it’s on the loading circle it freezes my whole app and doesn’t even let me click anywhere. Don’t book with this flight through Expedia too, save yourself the headache

App Doesn’t Work
I downloaded the app, and tried to create a profile. Each time filled in my info and tried to create it, I got a server error. I deleted the app, and reinstalled it only to receive the same error. Please check your app and fix it. Right now I am not able to use it.

Won’t open and freezes
Used to love the app…. Now every time I try to use it it freezes. Total waste of time to even try. Tried to reload, still freezes.
