I submitted a support inquiry without checking MainEventEntertainment reviews first. I thought there was an issue with my account but others are reporting the same sign in error on MainEventEntertainment .
The support team was of no help, they didn't seem aware of the issue and sent it over to the development team who said MainEventEntertainment was now fixed and to try signing in again. No fix, still the same error.

App consistently crashes, especially when checking out. Made sure to have the latest update (V2.0.9), it said those issues were fixed in the version description but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Again, Main Event is a great place but MainEventEntertainment is unusable if you are trying to make a reservation.

MainEventEntertainment is slow or glitchy. I signed up and it took forever to verify then I went to sign back in and did it three times but it would just load and go back to the main screen asking to login again. I force closed it and tried again another two times until finally it let me in. I added a fun card and it asked for my card info so I enter it and I thought ok it didn't charge me because I'm back at the screen where you tells it with cash so I press $40 and add. I get an email saying $80 was added to my fun card and I'm over here like what the heck why didn't I get an email about the first $40 why is it $80 and I can't get a refund on my money. Just buy your card at the location don't use MainEventEntertainment waste of time, it's going to infuriate you as well.

I've been trying on MainEventEntertainment for quite some time now, and unfortunately, my experience has been marred by a recurring issue that makes it almost unusable. Every time I attempt to log in, I'm greeted with an error message. Yes, you read that right - every. single. time.

The error message itself isn't particularly informative, simply stating "Authentication failed. Please check credentials." I've checked, double-checked, and triple-checked my login credentials, and I'm certain they're correct.

I've tried troubleshooting steps such as:

- Clearing MainEventEntertainment cache
- Checking my network connection
- Verifying my login credentials
- Restarting MainEventEntertainment
- Reinstalling MainEventEntertainment

Despite these efforts, the issue persists.

This consistent failure to log in has rendered MainEventEntertainment essentially useless to me. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of attention to this critical issue, yet this issue that EVERYONE is talking about they do nothing about it and continue to lack in efforts as there ‘millionaire’s’ with there locations.

I was told that If I downloaded MainEventEntertainment and created a account I would get free play time. With how much I take my daughter here and how much money I spend I figured awesome. But although I’ve done this it won’t allow me to login in through MainEventEntertainment or website and I have not received the free play time promised. With how expensive this place is you figure they wouldn’t make it so difficult to access the rare promos they do offer. Smh even when I go to our main event the customer service given is terrible and when trying to get assistance they treat you like your burdening them. Ready to just go elsewhere. -Avon

If you plan on using MainEventEntertainment to reload fun cards, don’t bother trying. It doesn’t recognize states for payment accounts, doesn’t allow you to type in more than one letter in the description box to send in a report ticket for app issues. Additionally, the food menu is a dead button, and if you try to set up reservations for activities, MainEventEntertainment crashes. From a parents perspective, MainEventEntertainment is truly a nightmare if you plan on having your teens go to a fun pass day. MainEventEntertainment alone makes it not worth the aggravation it causes to go to the venue. Ruins the experience.

It looks like MainEventEntertainment has not worked for two years. I tried downloading it and didn’t worked checked the reviews and everyone complains on the same issue that I’m going though but it’s from a year and two years ago. I’m guessing no one cares for MainEventEntertainment but if that’s the case why even keep it open and why even advertise it. If a place like Dave and Busters can keep theirs running smoothly why can’t main event?

Since my family is driving 3 hours to one of their locations tomorrow, I’m of course trying to familiarize with MainEventEntertainment , check out specials, plan a few things, ext. Unfortunately, it’s so glitchy or broken that I can’t even log in. It just keeps making me start over like there’s a bug issue. There’s several little things that it does that really makes for a lower quality user experience as well. I tried using the website incase MainEventEntertainment was having unusual issues but I had the same exact experiences. I would love to be prepared before getting there tomorrow along with educating myself on how to get the most for our money. Unfortunately, I feel like I’m missing out on things that are available. I also tried signing up for emails to receive some free play time but after several attempts I have still yet to receive an email it says I should have gotten.

MainEventEntertainment would be nice if it functioned properly.
My fiance and I were trying for about an hour to book lanes for bowling and every time we entered our information it reset! If you do wish to book an activity with main event save yourself the trouble of downloading MainEventEntertainment and just use their website.

Online booking did not work for bowling on multiple devices, so we downloaded MainEventEntertainment and MainEventEntertainment is also broken lol

Also this is just about a specific store but we’ve called on many different occasions and no one has ever answered the phone either, so good customer service all-around for Main Event!

I’ve been trying to log in to my ME account for over a week now and MainEventEntertainment constantly pops up “errors” and the website just keeps “loading” but never loads. It says there was an update for MainEventEntertainment 1 day ago, but its not working any better. Its frustrating not being able to access my account to plan a visit soon.

Always loads but doesn’t always let me know.
Prompts to enter email, password, fun card #, pin etc don’t load or show until I click on them. Fun card reload system down frequently and has to go to web page too often.
Kinda stressful to use especially if you are trying to do anything in a timely manner.

Despite the current bug fixes, there is still so many problems with MainEventEntertainment . Such as a more seamless experience with the Fun Card management. The Fun Card naming system is broken..it would repeat its text on the text box and removes the primary card selection every time. The card history is also not working, hence not loading. It’s difficult to trust putting payment on something that needs a little extra fixes.

I love the idea of MainEventEntertainment , but I’ve had nothing but errors since I created my account on it. The main issue I have is trying to load fun cards. I get multiple errors about the credit card not working - even though it worked for previous purchases so I know the details are correct and the credit card company isn’t blocking the purchase. Very frustrating.

Just downloaded it and can't book a Story Room because it crashes every time I click on the Reserve a Story Room button.
(Devs: it already has my location selected; I am not "signed in or signed up" but will try that next time to see if it will go to the next page that way. Each time it crashes I have to start over all my app navigation.)

The place is really fun and has a great variety of cool and fun things to do and good prices. However, the actual app has been a terrible experience. I tried to download MainEventEntertainment when I was in the actual facility because I saw the poster about if you get MainEventEntertainment and reload the first time, you can get double the amount. So I downloaded it and signed up and then waited until we needed to reload. About an hour later or even less, I went into MainEventEntertainment to reload and I kept getting an error every time I opened MainEventEntertainment , I wasn’t able to sign in let alone reload the card for the convenience and double the points. I tried connecting to their wifi, still didn’t work. So we went home after I tried about 6 times. Once home I tried again and nothing!!! This was ridiculous, I kept getting some weird error message so I uninstalled MainEventEntertainment and even had my friend make an account and the same thing, can’t even log in or verify our email without getting the error message. This is ridiculous and kind of took away from my experience at the actual place and me wanting to go back if I can’t use MainEventEntertainment and all the advertised cool features

Can you guys add a button to add any amount of credits to my card, my son only had 3 bucks left that he wanted to add on MainEventEntertainment but it would only let him put $5, if you all could add an update that lets people put their last on their card would be great.

Main event is the main entrance for your family and your friends bowling party at your place and awesome prizes and games

They are a great bunch of staff, all of them were very supportive and happy to help us our first experience there was great. We are the Jordan’s family and we will attend again.

Main event is a good place to play and has fun games and laser tag I love it when they put birthday parties
