I can’t even access Day anymore. I put in what I had as the saved password. When it wasn’t working I clicked on the forgot password link and was supposed to receive an email but the email never came through and my account is suspended. I checked my junk mail, spam and there was nothing.

They ripped me off money when I put the wrong account numbers and my transfer never went through. They claim the other bank confirmed it went through but it isn’t even possible when it isn’t an account that accepts transfers at all. It was a Varo Believe which is a credit account and it is for me to transfer from my Varo account only. They took my money and just keep hanging up on me. They won’t even let me speak to a supervisor. My son and I have Covid and they took the last money I had. Very unprofessional and absolutely no investigation was done. They can’t tell me who they supposedly talked to at Varo and Varo says nobody contacted them concerning my accounts at all. How can you do this to people

Day places $360 on my card today, used the card for $15 and now checked it an hour later as i need the card again, and the money was gone, clicked “contact customer support” i was told that the pay roll for my company is who i had to call, they leave at 5pm, how are they going to add and then take money away from me when noone is even at the company?? On top of the person i spoke to on the phone was extremely rude, i tend to have A LOT of issues with this card and company, business owners: if you care about your employees, DO NOT use this horrible company.

This company is a mess! When u need answers or help with anything I have to call multiple times. I get different answers from everyone I talk to, which makes me nervous since I am uploading my pay to the card. I think it's just better to close out the card as a whole. I don't want to put my money into something I can't trust.

Beware! Day is awful and customer service is terrible! The tech support is clueless on how to assist users, they transfer to different departments because they don’t know how to assist their customers. I have been calling for over a month and no one can answer my question or help with my issue. Do not download, it’s a waste of time.

The only problem I have with Day is the fact that I can’t access my transaction history past like 4 days if I have multiple transactions. I try to contact support for help but they never answer.

You can track your earnings through Day , watch them grow and then cash out specific amounts as needed when need. $weet!

I use the card only for accessing my paycheck early. The drawback is if you have a fraud charge they cannot stop it as a regular bank can. U have to cancel your card, jump through several hoops and hope they will fix it. And then u have to wait five long days for a new card, while not having access to your money. So if you make this your primary card for your paychecks. You will be screwed when your card is comprised.

It would be nice if we could add this card to our Apple Pay wallet and be able to use it in that manner With everything being done electronically today on your phones I think it will be a really good option hopefully you all can get this done for the people that use it in the future

Day is trash, the support is not helpful, they’re unprofessional, I couldn’t even get a bank statement! Just stick to your local bank!!!

This is amazing. I can get access to the FULL amount I have earned anytime before my payday. App is really easy to use. I just select the amount I want to add to the card and it is instantly there to spend.

I received this card from my employer, and I enjoy seeing daily what I could be paid if I have an emergency. But more than that, during this crisis I lost my bank ATM card. There’s always that lag when you’re waiting for a new card, and I was able to bridge that gap with my Wallet card. Plus, it’s such a pretty color blue!!

When I open Day it keeps saying “We’ve encountered an unexpected error”. It also gives multiple error codes. It shows how much money is available, but won’t allow to “Add pay to card”.
