Bare Knuckle TV Status

Program stops and goes into buffering mode at 33%. Yup, I have an annual. Never been able to watch an entire event.

They are IGNORING This issue we all are having. The entire comment section has dozens of people all saying the same thing. Fights will start, then it goes into "buffering" mode at 33%, and goes no further. I've never been able to watch an entire fight and honestly because of this terrible service I want my money back. I love the channel, and don't want to cancel, but it's hard to pay for something that NEVER WORKS! BKFC should be ashamed that they are willing to ignore this issue.

Same as everyone else. Have tried everything to correct the issue and nothing works. Not waiting patiently for the update. Just fix it!!

I have exactly the same problem that Shannon Perez. I click on a menu item and the menu stays on the screen but I do get the audio.

So I have the yearly subscription and just recently I cannot watch any fights. When I click on the one I want to watch the screen just stays on the home page but there is sound but never flips over to watch the actual fight. When I go to the Prelims it will let me watch but after about 1 minute it will just stop. Has there been any updates on an update for the app playing on Roku?

Like the majority of complaints regarding the app, I can't watch more than 20 seconds of the app will even all ow me to select an event to watch. I love bkfc. To say this is a huge disappointment would be an absolute understatement. I can't believe bkfc isn't losing 100 percent of subscribers. So what I paid $49 for absolutely nothing?!? I don't want my money back. I want to watch every event in the bkfc library that I can. BKFC is pretty close to turning me off completely....

Whenever I try to watch a video (we have the bkfc app on our roku tv), it will play for about 10 minutes then stops and buffers, and the buffering never stops. We back out to the bkfc home screen then click the video again and it takes us back to where we were in the video for about 6 seconds then buffers again. We've tried everything. Please help :(

When I log in on my samsung tv, there is no audio when the commentators talk, I can only hear whats going on in the ring. I was watching the Knucklemania 3 and had no audio at all.

When I try watching an event on BKFC on my Roku app it stops mid show. It doesn't show that it's buffering it just stops. I fast forward a little and it stops again.

Paid for subscription only to find that the app on my Roku Ultra repeatedly buffers and sticks at 33%. Very frustrating and makes the content unwatchable. Looks like a long standing problem based on other comments. Had to cancel and you owe me $4.99.

I downloaded to Roku and tried to watch on several devices. Rarely can watch events without reloading and stopping at 33%. Tried 3 different Roku tv’s. I will be canceling.

My BKFC app is always buffering. Every 40 seconds it pauses or buffers. None of my other apps buffer. What can I do?

Contact buffering! Cannot watch 30 sec. Without buffering! I'm paying for something I can't even watch! Once it starts buffering it freezes up at 33 percent have to start it over and only get another 30 seconds before it starts buffering and freezes again! I enjoy bkfc but will not continue to pay for such awful service from this app!!! Please fix the problem!

App needs updated it’s junk pisses me off to pay for this, be watching a live event it'll be clear then all fuzzy, and pausing. I’m getting 500 megabytes so it’s not my internet it’s the damn app! None of the others do it! Tell Feldman whoever to fox the app, I might as well drop it it doesn’t do me any good! I think there is to many people watching at one time why you need to increase Data make it larger alow it more space!

Bkfc won't stream off my phone to TV

Logged in after verification process on phone. Events etc show but when I select anything I just get a blank screen with the title on top. Been trying for a week.

there is no pair tv button, the app on the tv says it needs an update but there isnt one available, the server for the website to link your tv to phone does not exist. app is completely broken. emailed for a refund, We'll see

The app freezes a lot. Have problems login in. Have to delete the app and reinstall just to log in.

this app is garbage. constant buffering. constant crashing to home page, constant low rez video stream. I love BCKF but they don't know what they are doing on web delivery, I try to watch on 4 devices and non work. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. BKFC app is garbage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Picture during fights is Distorted link crashes about every 10 minutes with a video error

Every time I try to watch these fights my picture goes from good to blurry and after a while it then freezes on me. I have AT&T fiber so I have good internet service.

No video at all on Sony Bravia 4K TV. Been watching BKFC since the first event. Service is getting worse and TV app is getting too buggy to watch anymore. I put in a service request but I'm about to cancel service and stick to UFC.

Samsung TV won’t update app. Can’t cast. Very frustrating

Updated app and now does not let me log in. Says email or password not correct. Try to reset even though they are correct, it tells me a code has been sent to my email that I never get. Try going through there support team and that stinks to. Might as well be talking to a rock.

Wont let me watch weighins or podcast on Roku. Other fights will work tho. And live events dont work on roku I have to use my laptop
