Samsung TV app won't let me update and there is no longer a "pair TV" option in the new app on my phone. When I try to go to the website it says to lair TV that doesn't work either.

Fortunately up until now I have watched the fights with my buddy on his app. I even tried to purchase another year, but it said it was already purchased. I even tried to register my other email. It says it is already purchased. Please help

I have emailed you guys countless times and you never answer. Your 1-800 number never gets answered either. I want to cancel my subscription. You guys make it nearly impossible to retrieve my credentials so I can change them because my information was compromised and I have a new email address so I cannot log into cancel. I've tried every way that I read about on your website and I still can't cancel it. I have an ongoing subscription through next month and I can't even log into use it because it has old info and there's no way to change it. You guys are a terrible service and I will never recommend you to anyone.

They charged too much on my credit card, what i thought i was paying was $22 but for some reason it was about $36 instead please explain

Trying to watch the replay of BKFC 16 and the video won't play. Circle just spins until an X appears going through it and a message appears at the top that says, "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported."

Hey I was getting that duplicate charge, too but they quickly resolved the issue when i emailed them at support@redacted - I got a response in less than an hour and they fixed the issue. Sounds like the December event caused some problems and they are aware and willing to resolve it. I was super pleased with the customer support, and we LOVE watching these fights. Always been MMA fans but now we are hooked on the BKFC - tonight's fights should be exciting. Cheers :)

Hello this is the fourth time I've left emails for you guy's. I'm being charge twice every month. December I got charged twice and I emailed you all and still nothing have been done. Again today I was charge twice and I still can get an answer of why nor anything!!! Also price says $3.99 a month and I've being charge $6.48 every month and twice a month. Whenni type the code to link my tv it says its unable to receive my info and try later but on my phone says its a success. What should I do?
