Ever since a recent update, APIMyCrewCare does not work.
I agree, APIMyCrewCare has been frozen for months & no matter what I do it won’t work. I’ve erased it, reinstalled it, over & over & over. It’s too bad because major global companies LIKE DELTA AIRLINES use it & then we as employees get attitude from the schedulers for not referring to our ever so helpful API app instead of taking up their valuable time. And I agree, we should be able to refer to an app that is a highly paid service so it can streamline our operations. FIX IT ALREADY API IT team…do your job so we can do ours!!!
Please restore the version back to version 2. That version worked well. This version does not work at all. It is totally useless. Please fix/restore to ver2 ASAP. Thank you.
Has not been working for a little more than a month now. Try to sign in and it tells me I’m not connected to the internet. Deleted it and reinstalled and still not working.
App updated automatically. Ever since this happened APIMyCrewCare hasn’t worked. First it said I was connected to the internet. Now it’s saying waiting to download hotel images. The update has been useless.
I have to delete and reinstall APIMyCrewCare regularly. It will work for a while then just spins with loading to finally having a blank screen that says click here for move. I wouldn’t use APIMyCrewCare or API services if the company I work for didn’t use them.
Installed, signed in, it worked for 2 days, then locked me out with a ‘sign-on error’. (Login is saved). Deleted app, reinstalled, signed in, it worked for 2 days, then locked me out with a ‘sign-on error’… rinse and repeat.
Date week doesn’t roll with the days, stays with the calendar week. Not useful.
Transport pickup times not correct, they default to a value, which isn’t accurate for all locations.
Worthless app.
Unreliable bordering on useless. 9 times out of 10, when you access APIMyCrewCare , it simply churns away and never updates or shows you the info you need to see… sometimes for upwards of half an hour. Meanwhile, you can literally watch the battery level on your device plummet as API struggles like a fish out of water. This is consistently the case across all of my devices, whether it be my personal phone, company phone, or company iPad.
A lot of people are saying that they can’t log in anymore.
App flickers on and off when launched.
Can’t rate an app anything other than one star if it won’t even get past the register screen without spinning and flashing endlessly.
It’s acting so weird and having trouble to actually log in and display any info in APIMyCrewCare . This is a terrible update and they need to debug and release a new update.
Stop telling me it’s okay to NOT review a hotel.

Personal grudges against API and their level of “service” aside, APIMyCrewCare needs some help. It’s slow, it’s clunky. Most of the time when opening the little wheel just spins and spins but one’s travel does appear in the background most of the time. Have to re-login fairly frequently which is annoying.
Occasionally have to delete and reinstall app just to get it to work.
Actually, sounds about like API itself.
Fix up APIMyCrewCare .
App is nice in theory, but painfully slow to load trip info. Reminds me of the 28k dial up days and getting slower with each update.
APIMyCrewCare is ok. It could give more detailed information. The problem is the company. API is terrible.
I like the new functionality but Addresses should be linkable to Maps or allow the user to highlight and copy them at the very least.
APIMyCrewCare is great for providing feedback to the hotels (good and bad) which allows our hotel committees to make more informed decisions.
Please improve APIMyCrewCare and allow us to save our hotel brand loyalty numbers in APIMyCrewCare . This will save us from having to physically write them down on the checkin paper every time we arrive at a hotel.
I love APIMyCrewCare and it has made improvements in the last year, but there are still some interface issues. If you don’t leave feedback for a previous stay as soon as you open APIMyCrewCare , you can’t go back and leave feedback without having to fill out the whole compliment/complaint form. That form is also cumbersome and doesn’t allow for wiggle room in the drop down menu.
Always shows correct info and is always up to date on my trips. Usually takes about 20 minutes to show my hotels after I’m placed on a sequence.
