Force Stop the Razorpay App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Razorpay app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Razorpay to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Razorpay App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Razorpay app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Razorpay.

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Razorpay » "Force Stop".
