The workday app extension link wont allow me to complete task in workday app through 1lv crew because it says that the document not supported on my mobile device although I have the app downloaded and there's no valid url links I can use as an alternative way to finish my paperwork.

How to fix 1LV Crew app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the 1LV Crew app on iPhone
Update 1LV Crew app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall 1LV Crew iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix 1LV Crew on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve 1LV Crew network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

1LV Crew Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix 1LV Crew not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the 1LV Crew App
1. On android, goto Settings » 1LV Crew » click [Force Stop]

Update 1LV Crew to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear 1LV Crew App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » 1LV Crew » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart 1LV Crew.

Fix 1LV Crew unable to contact server/ 1LV Crew internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click 1LV Crew » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto 1LV Crew » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch 1LV Crew
