It would be nice if and when you can force this app to work. It’s glitchy. The problem is that as far as formats it makes an attempt to work on computers and mobile devices. Like a lot of technology performance over multiple applications continues to add problems. Day to day, week to week, month to month, year to year you can expect this application to boggle your mind. Regardless of any training. Any update out there. You can hang your hat on this app disappointing you time and again. Then you wait for it to be fixed. Which is hilarious because you know it will look you out again in the future. Talk to your coworkers and bond over the joy that is workforce.

The fact I have to use dual authentication, and then sign in after that (three separate passwords total) is really annoying. Every time I want to clock in, clock out, or take my lunch, I have to sign in. Three. Times.
Waste of time in my opinion when I could use Touch ID or simply just one password. App is not very suited for phones, and could use a major overhaul to be user friendly.

Enable Face ID, it doesn’t even save the user ID every time I have to type in the user ID, a pin and then switch to the authentication app get a number remember 6 random digits and then type it in, can you make it more difficult to sign in, also switching between the timesheet and the punch in screen doesn’t always work.
