At least on latest iPadOS this new app design doesn’t work, can’t select a different alias on main screen; right side of screen doesn’t change independently on what alias you tap on. To fix the issue have to go to settings and change layout in Display Mode.

Another issue is when using Compact Display Mode is pretty easy to deactivate alias by mistake. This new version didn’t bring a full web like capabilities but a bunch a bugs.

Older version worked better and offered same capabilities!

I’m liking this service. There are lots of masked email / throwaway services available these days (Firefox, DuckDuckGo, even iCloud to name a few).

this app is for power users. There are lots of features in the free tier and even more in the paid tiers. While I don’t use the custom domain feature, that alone is pretty cool. The encryption stuff is a little out of my league but that’s not something I’ve seen with any other service, so that’s pretty cool too.

The main reason I don’t offer five stars is because to my knowledge there’s no browser or share-sheet integration. You have to do everything within SimpleLogin . It would be nice to have some way to auto-populate email fields on the fly.

And I know this is a big deal so I’m not being too critical here, but it would be cool to have on the fly auto-generation of throwaway emails. Like DuckDuckGo: you can just generate new email address all day long. I realize that’s probably a lot of server or processing needs at a large scale so like I said, I’m not holding this against this app. Just something to think about …

I found out about this app in a Reddit group and it sounded perfect for my needs. After using it for a month I do find it a great privacy solution. I paired it with an encrypted email provider so Google stops reading my email and now I don’t have to give me address to anyone thanks to this app!! I use the browser add-in for brave and the iPhone app.

Highly recommend considering this investment in email privacy. I wish I had this years ago.

Never had a problem premium features are amazing more than worth the price SimpleLogin does everything it needs to and I hope they continue to make it better!

Great app, but could benefit from further integration with iOS. In particular a safari extension (added in iOS 15) would suit this service quite well to generate email alias on the fly in mobile safari.

I have not seen lately so good app oriented to privacy. The price should not matter. Its small contribution to one of the best projects I have seen when privacy is in question lately . The setup, the idea, workings. So good. So so good. Try it out, trust me you gonna enjoy.

This is the best throwaway Email app I’ve ever used. I’ve tried many. This one is smooth and works great and easy to find, select, and create.
I wish the settings screen worked as it generates an error saying “this is not In the correct format” so it won’t open, but outside of that, I love SimpleLogin. I recommend.

Feedback would be to get the setting screen working and allow us to change the settings just like what’s available on the website.

Best open-source login alias app available for the iPhone. It looks almost as beautiful as it functions. Easily the best option for people who want to have a more security with their online information. Thanks this app!

Makes setting up new emails on the fly easy.
Only with I could delete them in SimpleLogin , rather than need a computer to sign in to.

I believe it would be better to use a bottom toolbar for Aliases, Mailboxes, and Setting (put things like about, sign out, etc in settings tab). Would be great! Thank you!

Easy for services you don’t want to give your real email to

The $30 annual cost is worth it. I have my custom domain pointed to Tutanota and the sub domain (mail) pointed to this app. The instructions for sub domains wasn’t clear, but a post on Reddit helped.

Best email forwarding service and SimpleLogin is a nice compliment. I still use the website for managing of the advanced features.

Simple to use. Private. Convenient. Can’t ask for more.

If you want to retake your privacy, this app is an excellent service to do just that. Do not hesitate.

This is one of the first Email Spoofing apps I’ve used and so far my experience has been nothing but lovely, UI looks great, emails are received and sent basically instantaneously. I’m taking advantage of the premium they give to students that I’m very grateful for, and so far no negatives about SimpleLogin , everything works as it should

Such a powerful and versatile tool. You can easily create, edit, reassign, and remove aliases and amazingly you are allowed 15 on the free plan. Indispensable for managing online accounts, automatically organizing emails, and preventing spam. The random names it comes up with for the aliases also tend to be very entertaining. SimpleLogin UI is simple and intuitive but very effective, as is the website itself. Can’t recommend this enough.

Now I can sign up for websites without them knowing my real email address. Also changing over all of my other accounts to aliases too. If an alias is compromised it’s very simple to de-activate.

I’m so thankful for the simplicity and power within this service. Just learned about the feature that lets you create an alias on the fly in a browser with the share button. That was the convenience needed to get me to use the service for almost everything it can help with now. Good work, team! You have my support!

since using simple login, the amount of spam and phishing has reduced substantially. Now I able to identify which website is faulty. Grateful for such a service

I used 10min mail a lot but recently apps/websites have been catching the emails. I tried SimpleLogin and the first email it generated worked! The onboarding process took time but totally worth it.

Hide my email is nice but having something I can use outside of my phone is nice and the fact that it’s open source is an added bonus

Logging in with 1Password was a pain. I had to spam the autofill until it worked. Restarting SimpleLogin didn’t help.

Easy and simple to use. I loved it now im in control of who spams me next.
