Can’t deposit check with iPhone

I live an hour and a half away and I have the hardest time depositing my check through this app. I call the branch and they just say they dont know why I can’t deposit it through my phone. Very frustrating

This new app is difficult to navigate through. It is difficult to tell what some of the transactions are. We have had to go to the bank and get print outs and ask many questions about different transactions or transfers. I hope this new app will become more user friendly with time!
