Can’t get past the scritches

I’ve removed this app & tried it again. It asks me to pick my hand color but I can’t get past this part of the app on my iPhone! Help. My daughter & I want to use this!!

When I open the app, I'm greeted with a white screen. I've tried refreshing it and even redownloading it, but nothing works. Very disappointed, I really wanted to love this app :((
