As it stands now, I’ve only had one successful ride using the watch link app and device which is rather disappointing since the only things you can find on it are praise pieces and videos about how easy it is to use. I’ve tried to search through their troubleshoot section on the watch link website and was given the stupidest FAQ questions. When looking for ways to troubleshoot connection problems they provide a generic “connection” FAQ answer that seems to gloss over any actual connection issues one might run into such as the device no longer broadcasting a Bluetooth signal. I’ve followed their instructions to the letter and have not had any luck. Buyer beware this is not the magical fix you were hoping for, keep searching.

Really loved this product for the first few weeks, then all of a sudden stopped working completely. I tried to change the battery, and uninstalled the app only to find that it can't be reinstalled on my Apple Watch. Appears to be some glitch, and to make matters worse their customer service is contracted through another third party that manages several other products. I consider great customer service to be 1-2 business days response, and this seems like it's going to take much longer to get my issue resolved...

I used this app and product for a year and it worked most of the time. There were times when it wouldn’t connect, especially when multiple people were in the vicinity of the pod. In addition, Peloton now supports direct heart rate integration with Apple Watch, and I no longer need the Watch link app or device. The app page in the App Store should probably be updated to not necessarily reflect the key focus of the app/pod as being Peloton integration.
