Greetings, Why the transfer in local and international didn't received the recipients? I send the transfer last May 29, 2025, 60 saudi riyal for registered phone number with reference number but in transaction type authorized, and then I transfer international deducted also in my remaining money but still not yet received the amount in her bank transaction on May 29, 2025 @ 20:33 or 8:33PM now it change to 15:49PM or 3:49PM, but I made the transaction at 8:33PM the transaction type changed to Alinma Direct Transfer before was Authorized and still no reference number. Therefore if possible all the money I transfer at May 29, 2025 local and international transfer not possible to receive by the receiver kindly return back to my alinmapay wallet the amount I transfer in Local and International 3,465.75Saudi Riyals including VAT. For your information I Couldn't give my personal information to the alinmapay employee call on May 29, 2025 ay 2:22PM, but still it happen I believe that your management possible to give solution to this incident to continue the trust and dignity of you services. App doesn’t work for anything except putting the money in and then forget about it. You can’t transfer to a local bank, cannot transfer internationally, cannot even use Apple Pay to pay for anything, gets declined. Always states call us for assistance even ever you try to send money. You call the customer service and they cannot speak English. They just reply someone will call you back- no one does.
And finally, I cannot even login now. The password is in correct when I know it’s correct.
If you want to lose your money, download and load this app. It’s your choice.

Please fix your App once and for all or leave the market; your App always give error messages and ask customers to try again. This is very very bad!
