I got this game a while ago and have been loving every part of it. However there was a problem with the game and all of my purchases and progress has been deleted...I tried to contact the support and everything multiple times through email and have all the receipts for the game but never heard from them. Now I’m not trying to get my money back I’m just trying to get my account I was using back or if I can’t do that at least have the new account I’m using to get what I purchased on it....I feel like I was cheated after spending money on it and then having my account disappear and having to start a new one....of the publisher can contact me that would be great because I’ve been waiting for weeks

I had to spend 400 gold to get wood and rocks so that i could make another stone axe because when i went to break a wall at an enemy’s base it made me break a wall inside the base instead, trapping me. Just totally clipped through the outside wall. My axe broke on the first hit since i didn't know it was that fragile. Luckily i haven’t put any money into a game that obviously isn’t ready for it. Most people would be like “why would you complain about an exploit?”. Well zombies would clip through without issue so they feasted on me while i was trying to figure out how to get out. And since 8 of them were keeping me from being able to hit the wall i died. So 400 gold wasted and i got nothing from the base.

I was suckered into this game by an ad I saw and I was excited to give it a go. However, when I tried to open the game it won’t let me play it. The reason? I “don’t have in app purchases turned on.” As a rule of thumb I always start new games off with in app purchases turned off to protect myself and only turn it on when I want to make a purchase. I have never seen this pop up before a game starts, in fact, the only time I have seen this pop up is when I have accidentally tried to make a purchase in an app (which makes me wonder if Dark Days was trying to charge me for something). I will gladly revise this review should the problem be fixed.
