Terrible app. Everytime I sign in, my previous login credentials are not recognized and I have to create a new password. Furthermore I cannot figure out how to change my subscription order on illy and I have to make a phone call to this app anyway.
I just set up a subscription order service and wanted to create an this app account so I could better manage it and illy won’t let me register because it will not move beyond the privacy policy screen.

Was at CVG to pick up my wife flying in from San Francisco and decided to get a hot chocolate from a Illy machine and it spewed out some kind of dirty water! You’re welcome, since I just gave you $3.50 for nothing! I will never use their products again!
