Terrible
Terrible app. Everytime I sign in, my previous login credentials are not recognized and I have to create a new password. Furthermore I cannot figure out how to change my subscription order on the app and I have to make a phone call to Illy anyway.

Not Funtional
I just set up a subscription order service and wanted to create an illy account so I could better manage it and the app won’t let me register because it will not move beyond the privacy policy screen. Super basic folks.

Unable to Log In
Will not take my email & password that works perfectly fine with Illy’s website - the app keeps saying “wrong email or password.” Great coffee, bad app.
