I am always getting an error message on the app - user is not signed in to cognito user pool, please sign in to use the api. I have tried to update my account information but it won’t let me. I have also tried deleting the app and reloading it. I am not sure what to do to fix it. I appreciate any help you can offer.

How to fix Empower You app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Empower You app on iPhone
Update Empower You app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Empower You iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Empower You on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Empower You network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Empower You Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Empower You not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Empower You App
1. On android, goto Settings » Empower You » click [Force Stop]

Update Empower You to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Empower You App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Empower You » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Empower You.

Fix Empower You unable to contact server/ Empower You internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Empower You » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Empower You » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Empower You
