I cannot open the app when I click on it, it comes up for a second and then it’s gone Thank you for your help
When I click on the app, it momentarily opens and then closes. I cannot get to anything.
App crashes as it is coming online immediately.
Started yesterday and is continuing today. I click on it and it opens and then immediately closes. Not sure if it's a connection issue on their end or something else. Rebooting phone did not fix.

I am always getting an error message on the app - user is not signed in to cognito user pool, please sign in to use the api. I have tried to update my account information but it won’t let me. I have also tried deleting the app and reloading it. I am not sure what to do to fix it. I appreciate any help you can offer.
