I am very disgusted with the quality of the 3 wigs that I purchased. I spent $275.63 on these wigs and none of them fit. First Order LM#3779217 1. Limited Design/ Mature Boss Natural Black Pixie cut glue less 13x4 frontal lace C part. Short wig 100% human hair 6 inches. The wig doesn't fit the sides are like cardboard and don't fit over my ear. The strap to hold this one on my head is to low at the nape and doesn't line up with my head the wig is awkward. Cost $139.90 2. Mature Boss Style Affordable pre styled short pixie cut undetectable invisible lace wig. This one as well doesn't fit either. The part that fits around the ear is also like cardboard and scratches the skin around the ear and doesn't lay flat over the ear. Cost $99.90 3. Second Order LM#3788469 Wet and Wavey/Water Wave 4x4 Closure Lace Glueless Side Part Short Wig 100% Human Hair x1. Too much hair on this wig. $111.93. I would like a refund on all 3 wigs. Very disappointed with this purchase. None of them have been worn. I look forward to hearing from your company. Please advise.

I received text that my order was suspended due to wrong zip code. So I tried have order re-delivered and put my info twice and gave out my debit card number twice. I'm confused that I made payment with the card and all went through, received email thanking me for my order 4/27/23 ( US95149011851421). Hi good day , I'm writing about order # LM2345885. I just checked my tracking and it says it was delivered yesterday but I did not get this package. I'm really very upset because this unit was very expensive.  I have bought several units from your website and DHL normally delivers it right at my door and I sign for it. I am trying to get my refund. How can you not process my refund because I sent back the wig but chose to keep the bonnet. It’s simple, subtract the cost of the bonnet from the order and send me my money or just send me another wig. It’s been over a month now. I need my money or another wig. It’s silly that there is nobody who I can speak with on the phone. Hire a customer service rep, you making more than enough money. I am a loyal customer and I should not have to go through all of this to get a refund.

Worst shipping experience ever.

Y’all need a new shipping place because dhl is horrible. My package was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 business days but was scheduled to deliver in 5. No big deal. Then it said they tried to deliver it but no one was home (I was home and no one knocked or rang the doorbell) so I decided to just sign a no contact delivery where they just drop it off and leave then was told the next day my they couldn’t ship cause no one was home.. even tho no one should of had to be home. Anyway now I can’t contact anyone. Dhl has no human people to talk to only robots and luvmehair apparently “can’t help me” because it’s the delivery places fault. Anyway if I don’t find this package I’m 5 days im gonna be out of $200. Never using this site again and my mom loved it until now.

I am a first time buyer from this company but I wear wigs all the time I had purchased a wet and wavy 20 inch head band WIg. I had put met hair in a ponytail it had got wet in the ponytail I took it out and it was matted and tangled hi conditioned it and try to coming out with a wide tooth comb the only thing I got from that was a lot of hair shedded I emailed the company and all I got was instructions on how to wash the wig I know how to take good care of my wigs I have went thru so many companies for different types of wigs and this is the first time that a wig has done this and for the amount of money I paid for the wig I would expect way better quality then this I’m so disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience and wig and for nobody to acknowledge or help me solve this problem is Beyond me

It is easy to understand the app as it is just like the website and I loooooooove their hair and prices!!!! Of course I recommend. However, my faults are: 1. You are unable to go back. Say you are checking out one of their products and you would like to go back to where you were previously. You are unable to do so because the app has no “back” button. 2. You cannot track your order or check to see the steps 3. You have to log in to your account every time. The app doesn’t store your information. 4. You are not able to remain logged in. You consistently have to log in to view orders and more details for your account. You can view your cart without logging in, but to be more in depth, you have to log in every time. 5. I forgot the other two 😫. But the app is cool. Just start over the process after you’ve checked out one wig and would like to move on to the next.
