I love FASTerWaytoFatLoss! It’s easy to use and I can plug in a suggested meal plan for ease, search through a wide variety of recipes, find the ingredients and directions so easily to make the meals, find my workout of the day or pick my own from the digital library, find resources to learn more about core, mindset, hormones, etc. I can track my macros (whether I use the FW meal plans and recipes or my own), water intake, workouts, fasting to balance out my day for better health, my measurements and progress, as well as get support. And the incentives of stars and badges as I track is a fun addition.
One suggestion is to make it possible to enter multiple foods for a meal rather than going back and forth. It is not difficult to enter foods by any stretch of the imagination but it could be simpler.
