The first workout I did was a HIIT workout and I barely broke a sweat. I thought it was weird that one of the instructors went off on a tangent about David and Goliath between sets but as I got deeper into the app, I realized the entire program is a proselytizing, Bible thumping program. They allow you to select Vegan options in the meal plan but there is no secular option for the program. Had I known that I was inviting in the “annoying knock on your door to preach at you people” into my life, I never would have joined. My relationship with God is just that, my relationship. I do not inflict my beliefs on anyone nor do I want anyone’s beliefs inflicted on me. The coach I have is ridiculous. When I told her the workout was insufficient, she told me to do my own workout. A couple hours later she said to do the program workout. Make up your mind! I’m out! When I feel like getting preached at I’ll go to church. And when I want a real workout class I’ll go to BeachBody or BODI as they are now called.

If you are considering investing in the faster way to fat loss please BEWARE of their hidden fees. Upon registering for the 6 week program you are also agreeing to their VIP Membership for $79. I just completed the 6 week program and was dissatisfied. I not only contacted my coach as well as their faster way success team and I was denied a refund. I will not be participating in their VIP group and they are keeping my money anyway (because upon registering I missed their fine print.) I am writing this message to forewarn any woman considering this program. I believe the company and it’s affiliates lack integrity. If they have to force you into their VIP program with a non refundable $79 fee, in what other ways are they compromising their integrity? I certainly will no longer be purchasing any more of their products and I will do my best to warn other women like myself. (A hardworking mom of 4.).

Do not use this app for meal tracking it is in beta and has not been updated in moths even though it needs significant updates. You are better off using other apps to track your meals. A commercial firm should not be releasing an app in beta and should make sure to invest in continuous improvement of their app. This is not the case here. I would have given the app a better rating if they did not push members to use their poorly functioning beta feature of their meal tracking. The workout studio and meal plans and water and fasting tracker are ok. The rest of the food info is rather lacking and very difficult to use effectively even when compared to non premium versions of other meal tracking apps. If you religious use their plan plan the integration feature is nice but forget about modifying or customizing anything.
