Good start, needs a little work

This is way more interactive than the portal, I love that portion of it. I’d say it’s not super intuitive for new users, and one thing that DEFINITELY needs to be added is a scrubbing bar on the videos so you can manipulate where you pause and restart the video. A 10/15 sec back and fwd button would be really helpful as well. Life happens and sometimes we have to pause videos, or we are just new and need to see moves shown again. Great work so far!

Super simple to use

I l or having everything on my Home Screen. I open TheFASTerWayToFatLoss , tap the workout, tap the meals and I’m done for the day! The recipe library is nice but I usually just use the Home Screen.

This was my first round with The FASTer Way and TheFASTerWayToFatLoss was absolutely amazing and helpful. From the nutrition tabs to the workouts, everything is laid out perfectly and is so easy to navigate.

I would love to see the addition of a shopping list option. Also to be able to click the dish and get to the recipe that matches!!

Seriously, there is no password!!?!? What is to stop a stranger from using someone’s account!? Not cool. Bummer for the company, anyone can get your content for free. And, it rubs me wrong that a total stranger could use my email address to access the account. Who knows what they could do.
