How to fix GIMS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GIMS app on iPhone
Update GIMS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GIMS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GIMS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GIMS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix GIMS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent GIMS app issues:

Force Stop the GIMS App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click GIMS app. » click "Force Stop".

Update GIMS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GIMS App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "GIMS app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch GIMS.

Fix GIMS unable to contact server/ GIMS internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click GIMS » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got GIMS » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GIMS on android.
