Our club has used Clubster for several years and it is absolute garbage. The UI hasn’t changed or been updated since it’s inception 10+ years ago and it is so incredibly unstable and unreliable. Clubster has caused me to miss the registration deadlines for numerous events at our club because it will sometimes not open for days at a time and the desktop version os even worse than Clubster if that’s even possible. I’m in disbelief that we have used them for as long as we have. The owners of Clubster need to spend some money on good developers to completely reinvent Clubster so it actually works.

Clubster is useful when it works. It can really do with a more modern look and feel but it’s functional enough for my purpose.
My main frustration is that it sometimes won’t load, it looks like it’s loading but then immediately shuts down. The only way to get it back is to delete and reinstall Clubster which is really frustrating. Also it randomly forces me to sign in again.
Not a great experience.

My experience with this app has sometimes been challenging to say the least. However the customer service has been awesome! It’s not often when you need help, the CEO of the company actually helps you with your problem. Thanks Mike! I appreciate your assistance on getting me up and going with this app!

I emailed support on a Sunday expecting to not receive a response for a few days. They replied literally within minutes and had my problem fixed in 15 minutes. Very impressed. Enjoying Clubster so far!

It has apparently gone through an elaborate update but I probably won’t ever know because the instructions from my club are not working so I can reinstall Clubster . I’ve requested new password over 24 hours ago and received nothing. Why the crazy process anyway? Every other app I use just updates on its own. The answer from my club is to keep trying. What gives?

After the major update of this app app there were a few hiccups trying to log onto the new app. Nick, the owner contacted me by phone and walked me through the process. Thank you Nick!

Apparently there were some hiccups when switching to the new version, but once I got logged in it was SOOO much better than the previous version!

It’s now going on two weeks - I’ve tried numerous attempts to pull up this app with no success- follow there instructions telling me verify an e mail I will receive that never shows up.
Others in our club but not all are having the same issues- will be reaching out to our MIS people if this is not resolved to look for another plate form for our clubs golfing requirements.

Not that hard to navigate but it logs me out practically more than my bank app! So annoying.

This has been a great communication tool for our members and the this app staff is so helpful and readily available which is a huge help. I highly recommend this app

I didn’t even want to give 1-star but was forced to. Clubster was “just ok” before the complete rewrite. Now, it’s downright horrible.
No private groups. You can’t delete a notification. The “Delete All Notifications”, when it works is clunky at best.
The list goes on and on.
Find a better solution for your club.

Most of the time it won’t open! It keeps looping with never a result. I’ve deleted app and reinstalled and within a couple days same problems! Will not download.
I’ll have to talk to my club administration for a better app.

Pretty poorly designed app. White screen of death most the time after opening. There’s this thing called beta testing, they ought to try it.

This is the worst app I've ever used. This is for Ballantyne Country Club and members. What's taking you all so long to get the software running correctly. 2021 I would suggest you hire some new people!

After using Clubster for two way communication with our club members (for about 5 years) we found it cumbersome and difficult to use for some. Simple email merges to announce and present event info worked much better. In trying to cancel our club subscription, the clubster management was unreasonable in trying to settle our account. Be careful. Carefully read the terms of agreement and do not expect smooth sailing when terminating your contract. I have found simpler alternative that are cheaper and more supportive. Good luck.

Terrible app...appears to be a 1-man operation. Technology is way past obsolete. If you are a legitimate club, there are far greater options to consider.

Everytime I log in, I get a blank blue screen. I’m 85. I don’t need this.
