Horrible experience and service
Horrible service!!! When I purchased tickets for my family of five I was told bus stops every 20 minutes. Waited 45 minutes at the stop in front of our hotel (Riu Times Square, NY) and when finally a representative stopped by he told us that the stop was closed that we needed to go to another stop. Walked 12 minutes and waited another 45 minutes to get on the bus. That said we lost a restaurant reservation and got charged $70 for no show. When trying to find more stops the representatives on the street mentioned in three occasion stops were closed and last stop was at 5pm. We only used the bus one time.

Me and my grandparents went to nyc and spent a hour looking for them and thw tickets were so expensive we got cruise and tour the tour was horrible and when it was time for the boat 🛥 they didnt tell us where it was so we spent over 2 hours walking around and looking we finally found it and it was full the next arrival was in 1 hour 54 mins it was horrible

Waste of Money!
App works great but multiple times we needed to get back on the bus and it was full. Bus is filthy. Had to wait 40 min to get home and almost missed our flight. Don’t use this company!
