Ok, so first brew with this app under my belt and WHERE HAS THIS SOFTWARE BEEN ALL MY LIFE?!?!?!!!
It is awesome!!

Just like everyone is saying:
The UI is stellar.
The flow of the brew day is awesome.
Tilt integration is very choice.
The list goes on...

My only 2 complaints:

1. The PC Web browser version crashed 4 or 5 times before I abandoned it and switched to an iPad with a Bluetooth keyboard. When I did that it worked flawlessly and it was apparent to me that this is how it’s designed to be used. I never explored if it might have been the browser I was using (chrome) because I was so tickled with how it worked on the iPad.

2. BeerSmith has product explanations of hops, yeast and malts if you hover over the name. Grainfather does not. I use that a lot when I’m putting together a recipe. Hopefully this app adopts something like that. Before my BeerSmith subscription ends.

I’m hooked. this app is far and above the best out there in my opinion and that’s only after one brew.

Very impressed with Brewfather and the velocity of new features and integrations. I always get a prompt reply from the support (which I’m pretty sure is the creator himself). Best brewing software I have used and I have tried most of them.

I have used numerous other brewing software over the years and without a doubt this app trumps them all. It’s got everything you need and looks beautiful to boot. I’m a this app believer!

I love the web version of Brewfather. I am extremely excited there is an app now that connects to profile and recipes I have created on the web version.

Tried a few others, and this is the most intuitive and easiest to use. Have used it for all my brew days the past year and couldn’t be happier

I have been a long time user of a "other" brewing program. This is the first program that has converted me. I am blown away. Brewfather is connected to the web and updates instantly. Remote inventory too!!!!! Mind blown.

The first and last brewing app I’ll download.

this app checks all the boxes. Love the cloud saving so I can easily brew using my iPad, but also keep track on my phone if I need to move around the house during a mash or boil. Recipe crafting is super easy, and adapting and publishing recipes with the Library rules. Really appreciate how easy it is to auto-scale recipes, keep track of inventory, and save presets.

As someone pretty new to the hobby, this app has been a really helpful tool to get going, and makes brewing even more fun. Kudos to the developers for continuing to improve a quality piece of software!

Everything about Brewfather is perfect. I’ve used it for both 3-BBL batches and 5-gallon batches for a soon-to-be-open brewery. The sheer amount of tools and ability to organize specific batches is phenomenal. Love it.

Love using Brewfather. It makes recipe creation easy and I trust that my batches will turn I’m out right. Plus the brew day feature is awesome, with timers and reminders and a clear layout of everything in your recipe so you don’t miss a step. Highly recommended Brewfather

I would really like if there was a way to set a notification if the fermentation temp read by the “Tilt hydrometer” rises beyond a set temp range. That way I would know to swap out the ice packs in the recirculation cooler (until I spring for the glycol system that is).

Brewfather has everything you need for home brew and has great support from the developer. No need to look for anything else.

This entire system is great. I started with another brewing software and never fully embraced it. This system is clean and intuitive and I look forward to a long relationship. Well worth the premium cost.

My brews have improved dramatically since I started using this app! Their app is intuitive and clearly built by someone who brews. It’s so customizable while still being easy to use. Pay for the premium features and don’t look back!

This is Brewfather you need for homebrewing. I purchased the subscription to support the developer which is very rare of me to do. Give Brewfather a shot, you will not be disappointed.

Please keep the great updates coming and please continue to update the web app as well. I love both flavors!

I normally don’t do ratings, but seeing as this has less than 100 ratings, it is truly doing a disservice to this product. I have been home brewing for many years, and hands down this is the best program for all your home brewing needs. The developer is very responsive, and it is constantly being updated. Please give this a try and get Brewfather the recognition it truly deserves as one of the best homebrew apps out there!

Brewfather contains all of the tools needed for temp correction, water adjustments, yeast starters, etc. The connectivity allows us the freedom to rotate as needed during a brew day since everyone has the same timers and recipe on their phone.

The only request I have for the developers would be to alert me after the brew day when a dry hop is needed or when fermentation is complete.

Love Brewfather and thankful for the community of brewers that continue to add recipes to the library.

I’m a longtime user of a different desktop based brewing application currently brewing my first batch with this app. I’ll never go back! From recipe creation to water adjustments to the built in brew day timer, this app is fantastic! It’s great to be able to create a recipe on my computer, then switch to my phone to use the brew day timers and have access to notes, reminders, and my recipe. The developer also seems responsive to new feature requests. The free account is useful, but I’ll definitely be upgrading to a premium account!

I have used several brewing apps and most are very usable, but I constantly would have trouble with trying to calculate water adjustments based on my source water of either RO Water or Soft Water. Well with the this app App that’s not a problem at all because the developer has included an “Easy Button” that will get you extremely close to what and how much minerals and/or salts you need to add according to the style you’re brewing. I am subscribing to the Premium Service immediately following my trial subscription. Thank you! Thank you!, Thank you!

I’ve tried most of the brewing software apps/platforms out there. Every time I end up just going back to logging my brew days manually because the software was too cumbersome or didn’t make logical sense. Brewfather has changed that. It is simple and intuitive. It has a great flow from recipe to batch, etc. it works well across all devices since it’s web based/app based. The only issue I run into is Brewfather needs to be open to open on my phone to hear the timer notifications on brew day but this is an iOS limitation not Brewfather . Highly recommended!

Brewfather is awesome. Literally has everything you need as a new or experienced home brewer. I do wish you could have a more targeted search feature when looking for recipes, but that’s my only negative. Still 5 stars!

Very easy to use and full of detail. Should be everyone’s go to brewing app. A great companion for a smooth brew day.

Best brewing software I have used by far, and so far Brewfather version seems perfect!
