Mm is the guy who like to banned people and steal your diamonds once you make enough to cash out this guy ask me to send him a 100 google card in order to continue to use imolive which i refuse to do so i send 50 dollars thinking he could fix my problem the guy mm took my money and never got me back on imolive this is not legal and he pretty much scam me out of my money i feel like the whole app need to be shut down its alot of escort and prostitution going on and the guy mm condone the activities everyday long as you paying him and sending him money or google play cards to keep you using imolive this is a mess up app this guy its getting over on alot of people and scamming people out of there money

Ok..IMO has always been a good app up until now. Why would you charge just for Imo live when Imo video calling is free? Don’t make no sense to have to pay for this Imo live app. You’re so greedy, you want people to even pay to send diamonds etc. I’m not spending a dime on imolive..no google play cards or nothing will be sent to you. Not to mention, imolive hardly work right. You really need to think of something else besides a paying live app. Do you even know how many free live apps are available..that are really free?? I guess your greediness won’t let you care.

Anyone gets banned for the smallest thing even when not doing anything at all an even if you a paying member they want fix the problem. Need to bring back the locked box . Also need to let it be a way to chat by voice even if you not on video. Need to make a update an make it so you can make it where you can get in contact with support. There are a lot of ways to make it better but someone is definitely making it worse. Used to be good then they made it bad

My account got banned yesterday and I didn’t even do anything wrong. The problem is if people don’t like you they can pay mm the creator/hacker to ban you by your IP address. I’ve been on imolive since 2018 and imolive is becoming trash. There is no real customer service. And people were loyal customers that paid there premium are getting blocked because other people don’t know how to not co-exist in a space. I’m going to another app

imolive could be soooo much better but they really don’t give any directions to what needs to be done. People can report you and end your live to easily just because they don’t like that you are live. Also if this is suppose to be an adult app then no one should be getting reported for anything they do. Please fix these problems because I like imolive

imolive use to be good. Now it’s complete and utter crap. Wont let you do anything it tells you. And forget about customer service. It’s pretty non existent. They provide all these emails and links to get support and it’s just nothing. I mean why even provide those links and emails if there’s not even the tiniest amount of effort to receive customer service? Don’t bother downloading imolive is the worst

I’ve been on imo since the end of 2019...mm (the hacker) would swipe out my number making it an invalid number so I couldn’t use it to go live. Before I could use a different number and create a new account but now he swiped my IP address causing me to get a whole new phone. 🙄 customer support is bias if you want people to enjoy imolive then please fix the problem. I’ve been on imolive before but lost my phone I got a new phone and made a new imo account and soon as I subscribe, I get permanently blocked 😭 imo don’t have a email to contact to try and fix problems, i really don’t want to buy a whole new phone just to use IMO 💔 I how can I fix this ?
