The slide show makes 2-3 photos black then it will not save or send to another platform
App will not upload/export video. I have been trying for a week. At one point it started to export twice but once it got to 98% it just kicked it off of the app as if nothing ever happened. Very frustrating especially when you have a subscription.
App is saying my files are currupt did and then randomly said I know error ... my files are fine it’s the app

While it used to have no issues, it suddenly says “unknown error” when I add photos to any project. It also removed my audio from previous projects I have made for some reason. I was going to renew my subscription in august but not going to if I can’t get this resolved.

You may cancel automatic renewal and manage your subscription by selecting Manage App Subscriptions in your iTunes Account settings and selecting the subscription you want to modify. Should you choose to upgrade to a Premium subscription, payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Edit and mix videos easily with just a few taps, merge multiple clips, live videos and photos to one movie.
