Funny that a year later messages appear in my chart. Appointments that I have had scheduled on my phone, the dates have changed.
I really don’t trust my chart for information. I have had alerts for new test results and when I check in nothing is there.
I really have not much good to say about Bronson since I’ve moved back after being gone ten years.
I feel like my chart is nothing but a substitute for the personal care and concerns you should be receiving from you doctors office. I shouldn’t have to figure my test results myself.

The online scheduling is hard to use. It defaults to provider only and won’t let you schedule a nurse only visit for a quick test or vaccine.

Its also really hard to see your vaccine status so far as to where your status/kid’s status is for actual information on date received/location etc and what is coming up and it lacks a system flag to stop sending this one as we aren’t going to get more of that sue to an allergic reaction etc

Love the ease of usage, but HATE hate hate that messages are not automatically saved on screen and an incoming phone call can end up deleting the entire message before it’s posted. I am now typing them in Notes (iPhone) and copying and pasting them into My Chart. What a PITA. Also, I can’t see any of the letters stored under “letters.” This may be a provider issue, but my provider has been using Epic for 8 yeas, so I kind of doubt it. But on the positive side, BronsonMyChart ’s learning curve is negligible and has a lot of nifty options.

I am extremely glad to have MY Chart. I feel I now am a part of my medical plan. I feel as if I most often know the plan. I get reminders, it is easy to navigate, reports are understandable, the categories are obvious, explanations are offered, it is accessible on my phone, you can pay bills, vaccines are logged. This is one of the very best developments in recent medical developments. I understand it! It is easy to use. And that makes me happy. I feel like I am part of the team.

I have really enjoyed the use of My chart to do precheck ins for appointments, request medication refills and send messages to my doctor. It’s nice to have a list of my medications and past test results to look up and share when I’m with an out of network doctor. It is easy to use.

Have all my health info at my fingertips! Easy to read and interpret. Easy to compare new test results with past ones. Love the fact that I can text my Physician and get a quick answer. Also easy navigation of the whole website.

Some info that is put on my chart is great to know. The technical information sometimes ought to be left off, especially if it’s a diagnosis at the patient would see before the doctor sees it can be pretty devastating reading something. You don’t know what the terminology means.

My chart is hands down the best app when it comes to your health and well being. Anything that would typically take hours to do can be done in almost no time with mychart. I can make appointments, requests and even send messages to my physician or nurse with just a click.

I can’t express how great it is to be able to use My Chart to reach out to my providers and ask questions about issues I’m having. The quick and professional responses are appreciated. Having access to my records and test results at my fingerprints is a game changer.

I love BronsonMyChart! It is awesome having so much control over your health. I really like being able to ask your health professionals questions right from BronsonMyChart . Being able to request prescriptions is great. I feel so much more organized thanks to having my appointments all in one spot.

I like having MyChart because it keeps all of my medical information in one place and organized. I can see everything right in one app and also I can message any doc on my care team anytime. The on demand video visit has been beneficial and so convenient! Would definitely recommend using MyChart!

BronsonMyChart is easy to use. The medication refill requests to the ease of messaging your doctor or nurse are super easy. The finding claims for past services is easy and very useful. Linking accounts from other medical sources is also very easy and essential to good quality care. Last but not least, the ease and peace of mind of having all Covid Immunizations and the Booster available at the touch of a finger is brilliant. Bravo!

Mychart has made it a thousand times easier and more efficient to deal with the medical community. The main functions I use are: schedule appointments, renew prescriptions, check on appointment schedules, access visit summaries, communicate with doctor, access test results. These are just the most common functions we use.

It’s very reliable and easy to use. Good job folks, we love it.

I love BronsonMyChart, and the fact that I can add information from any of the other hospitals we use. When I go outside my net work, I can open my app and show the doctors actual Tests and other info if I want I can even share all of it. I have three other portals that I can’t figure out how to navigate so this is my go to Health Care portal.

You can also talk to a nurse, message back & forth, or schedule/reschedule an appointment . It all happens when you have the application My Chart Bronson healthcare. Technology meets medicine where it’s made easier for u.

My Chart has been very easy to use from the get go and they continue to tweak it to be a very efficient way to check in electronically. They have streamlined the e-check in so it doesn’t take much time and makes it easy once you arrive for your appointment.

Great way to view test results and get questions answers by your provider.

We love having MyChart that is available for our whole family and helps us keep our records organized. It is easy to talk to our medical teams quickly and safely share relevant information. Additionally, we have a child that has specialist at two different medical institutions and we are able to link the two accounts; which is very helpful.

It would be nice to added a pop up in the test results to where when we can click on a prognosis and get the results explained to us, such as for blood work and urinalysis, etc. For that section to show what each result means. Doctors don’t often explain results to us and it would help keep us more informed of any important steps we need to take.

The entire MyChart health care management program is a wonderful and self-empowering way for patients to have quick, convenient and safe way to be actively involved in their health care. It also significantly reduces the risks of errors that could be easily missed. I love using MyChart because it helps me to feel in charged or at least like I am partnering with all of the members of my care team. Great creation for BronsonMyChart.

Both my Husband and I sincerely appreciate the current Client Info System! We have used this process for many of our medical needs, our prescriptions and Yes, even our Medicare. Bronson could not have asked for a better Client Information System, especially for us Senior Citizens! Thank you BMH!
