Follow these steps to resolve intermittent DietMasterGo+ app issues:

Force Stop the DietMasterGo+ App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click DietMasterGo+ app. » click "Force Stop".

Update DietMasterGo+ to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DietMasterGo+ App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "DietMasterGo+ app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch DietMasterGo+.

Fix DietMasterGo+ unable to contact server/ DietMasterGo+ internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
