Siempre que voy a Fontanar al entrar dice que está bloqueado, y me entrega mi ticket normal como si no tuviese tag, pago mi Parqueo me voy y al salir me cobran por el tag de gopass también eso me pasa siempre en Centro Chia y Fontanar que vivos para entrar no pero al salir el cobro es doble y lo más descarado es que no me lo
Devuelven y de a 16 mil cada fin de semana saca la cuenta l, como estará de ordenada esta empresa que deben tener siempre saldo a favor y no saben de donde pues de la cuenta de los clientes, me cobran y se dan las vueltas ellos mismos
Scam / Nunca funcionó

Pésimo servicio, no recomendable. Para cobrar están de primeros pero para solucionar nunca están. Ni por correo, WhatsApp o llamada resuelven. Termine cancelando el servicio y me cobraron por el tag (sticker) que nunca funcionó. Ahora me obligan a enviar un correo para devolución del dinero que creo que nunca llegará. Deberíamos denunciar ante la superintendencia.
