Great app!

The app needs some work but I still love GAR!
The is no option to go back and edit once you have put things in your cart, and you can’t delete one single item from your cart either; you would have to start the entire order all over again if you want to make any sort of edits. One more thing, the CC scanner doesn’t work either. It is only the first week this is out so it’s bound to have some issues. Hope it gets better soon!

Great food...not a great app!
First, let me say that I love the GAR chain of restaurants and have always had great food and service at their restaurants! However, the white label “ChowNow” app is difficult to use. The login process does not support Sign In with Apple and even when you sign up for a ChowNow account the form isn’t set up with auto-complete identifiers so you have to manually enter your account information. The app also won’t allow iOS to remember your login credentials. The app does not feel like a native iOS app and behaves more like a responsive website. It would also be helpful if the app provided a quick link to call the restaurant that you’re ordering from. Finally, it would be nice if the app provided more payment options (Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.).
