The website works fine but the app won't let me log in it keeps saying that my user type is not supported yet

To resolve Classter network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Classter App
1. On android, goto Settings » Classter » click [Force Stop]

Clear Classter App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Classter » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Classter.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Classter » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Classter » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Classter
