I’m trying to book a ride for the past 30 minutes

التطبيق اول ما اشتغل بالشرقية (قبل كم شهر) كان الحد الاقصى اربع ركاب و المبلغ الأقصى اقل من 30 ريال و كمية السيارات المتاحة كويسة و الوضع مقبول
سبحان الله فجأة انتكس الوضع تماما
صار الحد الاقصى ستة ركاب (مع ان السيارات هي هي ما تغيرت) والمبلغ عادي جدا يتحاوز 40 ريال و كمية السيارات المتاحة قليلة جدا و عادي جدا تبغى سيارة الحين و ما تحصل و تظل تبحث ساعتين كاملة متواصله بدون أي جدوى (وهالشي للأمانة تكرر معي فوق ال25 مرة خلال الشهر الأخير هذا) و الأدهى والأمر انه صاير تصير فيه شغلات أبدا مو مقبولة؛ مثال: عادي جدا أطلب سيارة كاملة ( 6 ركاب ) و بعدما يقبل السواق و يتوجه لي بالطريق؛ أدق عليه اتأكد و اتفاجئ انه متوجه لي و معه زبون ذكر وانا حاجز السيارة كامله عشان العائلة (الحريم) ياخذون راحتهم
تكرر معي الموقف الأخير هذا و غيره من المواقف الكارثية اكثر من عشر مرات مؤخرا و رفعت اكثر من شكوى رسميا للإدارة و لكن دون اي جدوى
و لذلك قررت حذف التطبيق و البحث عن خيارات افضل و بلغت الادارة في اخر شكوى انهم قاعدين يهدمون كل اللي بنوه و لكن ما حولك احد
