I was thrilled to support a black-owned app. It let me book a ride and charged me before telling me it’s not even available in my city. Tried to contact support for a refund but it’s not even set up yet so I lost the money.

There is no place to delete your info on FareRyder. Serious privacy issues if you ever decide to remove this application. And forget costumer service. Never got a reply. Beware

I was intrigued by FareRyder because it’s local but my ride was 20mins late, causing me to be late to work, never showed up, was in Capital Heights meanwhile I was in Hyattsville, and after canceling my ride they kept my money and tip?!? That’s $20 for a ride I never even saw compared to uber $10 and guaranteed refund + ride credits. Y’all are going to have to improve if you’re going to be in a competitive business.

I’m already loving FareRyder , but too bad they’re not in New York. Hopefully ar some point, they expand to New York so people can start using it. It’s Good to see there’s a Black Owned version of Uber/Lyft💯

I signed up and shared to ALL of my friends! Can’t wait until you’re in the Miami area. When I travel I will be using FareRyder so hopefully you’ll be in the areas I travel to! Very user friendly app!

I saw FareRyder on Twitter and super excited to try it out and support, but FareRyder keeps crashing after I downloaded it. I have yet to successfully get onto FareRyder to see since it has been downloaded today (6/9/2020) 😞

Definitely will edit the review once problem is fixed and how wonderful it is! 😁

I havent used it yet because i am in New York city! In DC my friend said her short ride was awesome saving the planet & providing for my peoples :)
