I was thrilled to support a black-owned app. It let me book a ride and charged me before telling me it’s not even available in my city. Tried to contact support for a refund but it’s not even set up yet so I lost the money.
Impossible to remove your data from this app

There is no place to delete your info on this app. Serious privacy issues if you ever decide to remove this application. And forget costumer service. Never got a reply. Beware
Need more drivers and better customer service

I was intrigued by this app because it’s local but my ride was 20mins late, causing me to be late to work, never showed up, was in Capital Heights meanwhile I was in Hyattsville, and after canceling my ride they kept my money and tip?!? That’s $20 for a ride I never even saw compared to uber $10 and guaranteed refund + ride credits. Y’all are going to have to improve if you’re going to be in a competitive business.
