Please beware: They never paid me for work done over 9 months ago! There’s no way to speak with a representative and they never respond to emails!

Pretty much a garbage app. I used the service and the “inspection” service that was provided was only a few pics on exterior condition, very little detail on information about the car and it’s condition. I couldn’t select the vehicle inspector, it just automatically assigned me to one. I don’t know if he has any sort of credentials or just some kid off the street. I think it’s the later of the two from the zero lack of detail and information.

I was finally contacted for a job months after I downloaded and deleted r8tr then one day I get a text about a job. Went to do the job and r8tr froze when uploading the video and would not let me proceed even after uninstalling and reinstalling app. Rep said they received about 30 photos I sent and to skip video. After I was finished with inspection the rep contacted me hours later asking for a video that he told me to skip, I was long gone by then. Couple weeks later I contacted this app about compensation and they responded back very unprofessionally and said checks are mailed on the 15th and 1st. Two months later still no pay for the inspection. Don’t trust r8tr or the company it’s a scam.

I get the concept behind r8tr and think it could be a hit. But, when you log in and there is nothing, it kinda makes you wonder. There is all this pomp and circumstance when you see their videos and read the reviews, they claim are from actual customers and r8ters. I’m just trying to figure out how much is real and how is smoke they are trying to blow you know where. Maybe r8tr isn’t ready for the mainstream and is only popular in certain parts of the country. Who knows. What I do know is that the company needs to do a better job convincing people to use r8tr in their respective areas and that they will eventually find something. And they need to show why this is app is better than anything else online for buying and selling cars, boats, etc. Seems like it’s all a flashy show so far. If they keep going like this, I don’t see r8tr being useful in the near future.

Would not allow me to complete enrollment glitchy

As a previous car salesman/manager, the concept behind r8tr can be groundbreaking for users and for the industry, especially because a vast majority of people look to find their car buying options out of state as an option vs feeling trapped and forced to find what’s available nearby. Unfortunately there seems to be no jobs available anywhere, so I wonder if anyone is using r8tr besides just to try and make money. Seeing other reviews, I fortunately see that r8tr works perfectly fine for me besides the lack of any work. My advice to the developers here is to market not only to prospecting workers but maybe even dealers whether big or small who are trying to move inventory, have them advertise this as a way to view inventory and answer questions that they can’t themselves, in my experience I’m sure many of dealers out there are looking for ways to market their inventory to the public and save a penny or 2 doing it, since many of the platforms already available do pretty much the same thing but also have some type of buyers guarantee to save them in the event of any issues! All in all I’m 100% behind the idea just needs more attention and business to back it! Keep doing what you’re doing, I hope to see one day where I can log on and would have to fight just to grab a job in my local area!

As this company continues to grow, expanding with large corporate clients, there is already and will continue to be a big need for inspection of fleet vehicles, as well as personal vehicles. I have helped out for the past six months, and I’ve really enjoyed using r8tr and their platform. I look forward to many more years to come helping them grow this company.

Registration is straight forward and easy to complete—forced strong password is nice but might want to have a password doesn’t meet requirements splash screen rather than highlighting small text. Next time I’m in the market for a car I will definitely be using r8tr

Great app for someone who is looking at cars all over the country! Sign up , look for someone in the area of the vehicle your interested in, send them to evaluate the car for you and everyone gets what they want!!! I have rated cars and r8tr works well now that it has been fine tuned. It’s great to have another car guy check out a vehicle for you before your drive or fly hours to buy!! Great idea and app!!

Every time I want to use r8tr I have to keep logging on, it won’t let me stay logged in. Another issue is every page is blank and it gets a little glitchy at some points. Besides all the flaws r8tr looks really simple and functional. With all that said, I am very excited to begin working as a this app and looking forward to the opportunities that I will endeavor!

I am an active this app on r8tr and I have great experiences working with the rater support team. Specifically Amber has been a pleasure to deal with and is very active in sending me vehicles to inspect. The system to inspect vehicles is very intuitive and quick to complete. I have nothing but good things to say about this company.

r8tr is user friendly and I used many times to find jobs

I have done several inspections and r8tr makes everything fool proof plus the speed is fast and it’s the easiest way to make some money on the side. I love r8tr.

Good for multiple reasons. First and foremost you can get a comprehensive vehicle inspection done using r8tr. This works great from fleet maintenance to private buyers wanting a first look. You can also be a this app and do the inspections and get paid. Cool app, 5 stars from me.

The software was really easy to use. A personal favorite gig that I enjoy using. Great customer service and they pay you on time. I recently tried out this app and was impressed. r8tr is easy to use and they give you step by step instructions.

My experience with this app has been professional, smooth and stressless. They offer inspection jobs, if you have time in your schedule, you accept them. Third part verification is a great way to determine if your investment is safe.

I’ve done roughly a dozen of these inspections. I do these as a side hustle and work them into my day to day schedule. Scheduling is flexible, inspections are easy to follow, communication is good, and payment is prompt!! Easy money in my book! The this app team has always been responsive and pleasure to work with.

Had a few hiccups “my mistake”trying to get registered but all worked out....excited to get going!!!
