Trying to switch from Apple…..

I just want to have what I’m subscribed to, and have an easy way to listen to the new ones.
For whatever reason, cheddars Need2Know podcast never downloads correctly or I have to wait and then I end up forgetting about it. I switched to Goodpods to see if this problem would clear up, but in fact its worse and I’m probably going to go back to the Apple app. I think it’s a cheddar problem—what the heck! So annoying.
So if I’m on goodpods, trying to find a need2know that I missed-I actually have to click on them to see the date which is the only relevant thing to me when I’m searching.
It would be nice to have a volume control on the screen that you end up with after you’ve been listening a while. (I don’t know what you call that)

Enjoying the app so far. I love the interactive and social aspect of it. It allows me to discover new podcasts, but it is a bit slow in loading which can be frustrating at times. Downloads are slow too, and I don’t love not having a play queue because it takes too much time to make a list of episodes for me. Otherwise, great app!

Ok, full disclosure — I’m very biased because I’m the co-founder :). But, I really really love Goodpods as a user.
I used to have such a hard time discovering new podcasts and I’d find myself spending half of the time I had to go for a run searching for a podcast to listen to on my run. Goodpods solved that problem for me! I follow all my friends (and other people I think are interesting) as well as some groups to see what they’re listening to. It’s really fun AND I’ve been introduced to so many great podcasts!
