  The message feed is intermittent on the best days, but even that's not as bad as the audio cutting out whenever it's the least convenient. It doesn't matter if I'm using a cellular data or WiFi. Running the chat and audio uses much more data than any similar apps I've used, even when it's not playing content and the chat function is dead. It's almost as if Spreaker worshipping Satan (aka AT&T) in an effort to steal our data driven souls. 😂 Please FIX this app Spreaker people so you're not the worst podcast aggregator on the planet & I can put some stars back on this review. Update Feb 8,2019 Listening to live broadcasts still very poor with delayed content but the chat is working better. Up to 2 stars. I don't like leaving negative reviews but C'MON GUYS!

Crushing disappointment
Spreaker offers many great features, but support is simply non-existent. This greatly reduces the value of membership, and wastes months of time which should be spent using and enjoying your membership as a Spreaker podcaster, to say nothing of the rest of your life. Just bad, and got worse as I was encouraged to increase the price of monthly membership to get some basic answers to important questions. All the fun of having teeth pulled combined with the excitement of talking to a wall. Very, very disappointed. I spent months digging in deeper, buying higher tier subscriptions, in the hopes of getting a little support. Despite it's many great features, I can't recommend Spreaker.

  Can’t search or add favorites

  The app is not very user-friendly. It offers very little options as far as searching for and exploring new podcasts. And the ability to add a show as a favorite still doesn’t seem to work. When I touch the star nothing happens, but if I touch it again it asked me if I want to remove it as a favorite. And yet when I look at my favorites list there is nothing there. So it’s acknowledging that I’ve added a favorite, but at the same time it’s not. Still a lot of functionality issues with this app.

2. We have developed a system that will try to get in touch with a company once an issue is reported and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.
